- EASY TO SEASON - Wash with hot water, dry thoroughly. Gradually heat to med-hi. Apply thin layer of oil to coat bottom & sides. Heat approx. 10 mins. or until it begins to smoke. Cool 10 mins., drain & wipe dry. Reheat to med-hi again for 2 mins.
