This high-efficiency, triplex progressive water softener uses a conventional cation exchange process to remove scale-forming minerals. Designed for high-flow applications, it features an 18-inch mineral tank, 5 cubic feet of high-capacity resin, and a peak flow rate of 65 gallons per minute. With 2-inch FNPT inlet and outlet, and a 1-inch MNPT drain, it exchanges calcium and magnesium ions for sodium ions to produce soft water. NSF and ANSI certified, this system includes a durable brass control valve operated by an electronic controller that stores operational history. Metered demand initiation ensures regeneration only occurs as needed, saving time, water, and salt.
